Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
Standard quotations are based on EXW, FCA or FOB — Qingdao or Ningbo port. Other Chinese ports can be arranged.
For customers in North America and Europe, we can arrange door-to-door delivery through the forwarders we have worked with for years, or DAP / DDP terms on request.
Your own forwarder is welcome — send us the contact details and we will coordinate loading and documents directly with them.
Payment Terms
We accept T/T bank transfer. All orders are quoted and confirmed directly with our team.
Sample orders: 100% payment before production.
Trial orders under 5,000 USD: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
Orders over 5,000 USD: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal, and there is no online checkout on this site.
Samples
Ready-to-ship samples in 7–15 days; custom samples around 30 days after artwork approval.
Many sample items are free of charge; high-value items and custom samples are charged at cost. Sample fees are deductible from your first bulk order.
Freight is quoted in several options (courier / air / sea LCL) — you choose the one that fits and cover the freight cost.
Lead Times & Documents
Ready-to-ship orders within 7 days; custom and OEM orders around 30 days after sample approval and deposit.
Full export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin and other certificates required by your market, on request.
