Our Quality Process
Supplier selection — we only work with facilities we have audited and cooperated with on an ongoing basis.
Pre-production sample — approved in writing before any mass production starts.
In-production checks — our team follows up key stages; issues are corrected on the line, not after packing.
Final inspection — goods are inspected against the approved sample before shipment.
Third-party inspection — you are welcome to appoint SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas or any inspector of your choice. We support it and wait for the report before releasing shipment.
Certifications
Relevant certificates for our product range include BSCI, ISO 9001, CE and FSC, held by the manufacturing facilities we cooperate with.
Certifications held by our partner facilities, on file — copies available on request for serious inquiries.
